2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can tomatoes and green chilies, un-drained
3/4 C. thinly-sliced green onions
1/3 C. canola oil
1/4-1/3 C. lime juice
1 T. minced cilantro
1 t. salt
1 t. ground cumin
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
